For added convenience and value, the advanced Reaction Buffer (5X) includes dNTPs and MgCl2. Use Classic++ Taq DNA Polymerase for high-throughput PCR, TA cloning, genotyping, library construction and RT-PCR under fast or standard cycling conditions.
